Refund Policy

At Traktion™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@traktion.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@traktion.com for instructions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
